Thanks so much for stopping by to find out a little more about me. If you’re planning your wedding, first of all—huge congratulations! I know just how much this day means to you. After 16 years as a Sydney wedding celebrant, I can tell you two things with absolute certainty:
There’s a saying: “Do what you love, and you’ll never work a day in your life.” That’s exactly how I feel. Being a celebrant is an absolute joy, and seeing your smiling faces on your wedding day is the ultimate reward.
When I’m not busy creating ceremonies, I’m a proud mum to two incredible young women who are out in the world doing amazing things. They keep me laughing, keep me grounded, and fill my heart to the brim. We also share our home (and our clothes) with Tessie, our sweet-natured Labrador who spreads love and dog hair in equal measure—what we affectionately call her “magical fibres of love.”
When I have time to myself, it’s all about balance: trips to the Southern Highlands or Central Coast, wine around the fire pit with 70s and 80s tunes (the best era!), Friday drinks at our local dog-friendly brewery, and our regular Sunday morning ocean dips followed by coffee—though I’ll admit, winter is a tough sell!
So, if you’re after a celebrant who’s highly organised, full of positive energy, modern yet romantic, with a light-hearted and slightly cheeky sense of humour—I’d love to chat.
